Case / 01 D2C Skincare 2025 — Launch

Launching a challenger in a saturated category.

The brief: break into premium skincare without spending like incumbents.
What we did: positioning, identity, and a launch campaign fused across paid, organic, and creator. A single-minded founder story, carried through every touchpoint.
The result: sold-out first drop, profitable paid social within the launch quarter, organic following outpacing paid reach by month three.

Case / 02 B2B SaaS 2025 — Series A

Demand gen that convinced a finance team, not just a marketing one.

The brief: a Series-A SaaS with spiralling CAC and a pipeline full of bad fits.
What we did: rebuilt the ICP, rewrote the funnel, killed three channels and doubled down on two. Repositioned around a sharper wedge.
The result: CAC cut by more than a third, pipeline tightened to serious-only accounts, sales cycle shortened measurably.

Case / 03 Independent hotel group 2026 — Rebrand

A rebrand that moved direct bookings, not just moodboards.

The brief: three boutique properties under inconsistent names, leaking margin to OTAs.
What we did: unified identity, sharpened positioning, rebuilt site and direct-booking flow, paired with a performance campaign designed to claw back commission spend.
The result: direct bookings up materially, OTA dependence reduced, booking value per guest lifted.

Case / 04 Fintech app 2026 — Retention

Turning a leaky bucket into a loyalty engine.

The brief: strong acquisition, terrible retention. Users disappeared by week four.
What we did: lifecycle overhaul — onboarding, email, push, in-app. New reward logic tied to usage moments that actually mattered.
The result: month-four retention lifted into the top quartile of peers, LTV projections rewritten for the better.
