We run this site the way we work: no hidden trackers, no data sales, no dark patterns. If you've got questions, email us and we'll answer in plain English.
01. Who we are
Adcentra Ltd is a UK-registered company and the data controller for information collected through this site.
Registered office: Edinburgh Gate, Harlow, Essex, United Kingdom.

02. What we collect
Only what you give us, and only what the site technically needs to work:
- When you use the contact form: your name, email, company name (optional), budget range (optional), and the message you write.
- When you visit any page: your browser automatically sends standard technical information — IP address, browser type, referring page — to our hosting provider's server logs. We don't read or analyse these ourselves.
03. Why we collect it
- Contact form data: so we can reply to your enquiry, and — if we end up working together — fulfil our side of the contract.
- Server logs: so the site stays online and secure.
We don't build profiles, retarget you, or sell lists. Full stop.
04. Legal basis
Under UK GDPR, we rely on:
- Consent — you hit submit on the contact form knowing we'll use your info to reply.
- Legitimate interest — we need to reply to business enquiries and keep the site secure.
- Contract — if we start working together, we process your data to deliver the services you've hired us for.
05. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that didn't go anywhere: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
- Client records: for the duration of our engagement, plus six years for UK tax and legal reasons.
- Server logs: handled and rotated by our hosting provider on their schedule.
You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time (see section 7).
06. Who we share it with
A short list of tools that process data on our behalf:
- Formspree — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. US-based, GDPR-compliant.
- Google Fonts — loads the typography you're reading right now. Google may log your IP address when the fonts load. This is Google's own data processing.
- Hostinger — our hosting provider. Servers are in the EU.
That's the full list. No advertisers. No data brokers. No mailing list sales.
07. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Show you what data we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it all
- Stop using it for a specific purpose
- Hand it over in a portable format

If we've handled your data badly, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
08. Cookies & tracking
This site doesn't set analytics cookies or tracking pixels. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no session recording.
Google Fonts may log your IP when fonts load, as noted above — this happens on Google's servers, not ours. Formspree may set a session cookie when you submit the contact form to help prevent spam.
If we ever add analytics, we'll update this page and add a proper cookie notice.
09. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date below. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for 30 days.
